1. God Grants a Special Blessing to Those Who Keep the Sabbath.
Isaiah 56:2 Blessed is the man who does this, And the son of man who lays hold on it; Who keeps from ______________ the ____________, And keeps his hand from doing any evil."

2. God Offers Blessing to Those Obedient to His Commandments.
Deuteronomy 28:1-2 Now it shall come to pass, if you __________________ obey the voice of the LORD your God, to observe ________________ all His commandments which I command you today, that the LORD your God will set you high above all nations of the earth. [2] And all these ________________ shall come upon you and ______________ you, because you obey the voice of the LORD your God:

3. The Sabbath Is a Sanctified Day Set Apart for Rest.
Exodus 20:8-11 ______________ the Sabbath day, to keep it holy. [9] Six days you shall labor and do all your work, [10] but the seventh day is the Sabbath of the LORD your God. In it you shall do no work: you, nor your son, nor your ______________, nor your male servant, nor your female servant, nor your cattle, nor your ______________ who is within your gates. 4. The Sabbath Is Called a Holy Convocation, Or Gathering, of God's People

5. Jesus Kept the Sabbath.

8. The Sabbath Is Not a Day for Secular Work.

Isaiah 58:13-14 "If you turn away your foot from the Sabbath, From doing your pleasure on My holy day, And call the Sabbath a delight, The holy day of the Lord honorable, And shall honor Him, not doing your own ways, Nor ____________ your own pleasure, Nor ______________ your own words, [14] Then you shall delight ______________ in the Lord; And I will cause you to ride on the high hills of the earth, And feed you with the ______________ of Jacob your father. 10. The Sabbath Is Defiled When We Buy, Sell, Or Trivialize the Sabbath with Ordinary Worldly Activities.
Nehemiah 13:15-22 In those days I saw people in Judah ______________ wine presses on the Sabbath, and bringing in sheaves, and loading donkeys with wine, grapes, figs, and all kinds of burdens, which they brought into Jerusalem on the Sabbath day. And I warned them about the day on which they were selling __________________. [16] Men of Tyre dwelt there also, who brought in fish and all kinds of goods, and sold them on the Sabbath to the ______________ of Judah, and in Jerusalem. 11. Jesus Did Good on the Sabbath.

12. Jesus Provided for the Physical Needs of His Disciples on the Sabbath.

13. God Rebuked Those Who Tried to Gather Manna on Sabbath.
Exodus 16:26-30 Six days you shall gather it, but on the seventh day, the Sabbath, there will be none. [28] And the LORD said to Moses, How long do you __________ to keep My commandments and My laws? [29] See! 14. The Divine Invitation Is to Find Rest in Jesus.
