1. God Grants to Each the Ability to Get Wealth.
Deuteronomy 8:18 And you shall remember the LORD your God, for it is He who gives you power to get wealth, that He may _establish_ His _covenant_ which He swore to your fathers, as it is this day.

[11] "And I will _rebuke_ the _devourer_ for your sakes, So that he will not _destroy_ the fruit of your _ground_, Nor shall the vine fail to bear fruit for you in the field," Says the Lord of hosts;
5. If We Honor God First, He Will Pour Out Heavens Richest Blessing.
Proverbs 3:9-10 Honor the Lord with your _possessions_, And with the _firstfruits_ of all your increase; [10] So your barns will be filled with plenty, And your vats will overflow with new wine.
6. Seek God's Kingdom First, and You Will Not Lack Anything.
Matthew 6:33 But seek first the _kingdom_ of God and His _righteousness_, and all these things shall be added to you.
7. Abraham Paid Tithe to Melchizedek Who Was a Type of Jesus.
Genesis 14:20 And blessed be God Most High, Who has _delivered_ your _enemies_ into your hand. And he gave him a tithe of all.
8. A Tithe Equals a Tenth.
Leviticus 27:32 And _concerning_ the tithe of the herd or the flock, of _whatever_ passes under the rod, the tenth one shall be holy to the LORD.
9. Jesus Said We Ought to Pay Tithe But This Does Not Take the Place of Mercy, Justice, and Compassion.
Matthew 23:23 Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, _hypocrites_! For you pay tithe of mint and anise and cummin, and have neglected the _weightier_ matters of the law: justice and mercy and faith. These you ought to have done, without leaving the others undone.
10. God Loves a Cheerful Giver.
2 Corinthians 9:7 So let each one give as he purposes in his heart, not _grudgingly_ or of _necessity_; for God loves a cheerful giver.
11. They Which Preach the Gospel Should Live of the Gospel.
1 Corinthians 9:13-14 Do you not know that those who _minister_ the holy things eat of the things of the temple, and those who serve at the altar _partake_ of the offerings of the altar? [14] Even so the Lord has _commanded_ that those who preach the gospel should live from the gospel.
12. The Laborer Is Worthy of His Hire.
1 Timothy 5:18 For the _Scripture_ says, "You shall not muzzle an ox while it treads out the grain," and, "The _laborer_ is worthy of his wages."
13. The Heart That Freely Gives Will Be Constantly Blessed with More by Our Lord.
Proverbs 11:24-25 There is one who scatters, yet increases more; And there is one who _withholds_ more than is right, But it leads to poverty. [25] The _generous_ soul will be made rich, And he who waters will also be watered himself.
14. We Are to Pay God a True Tithe.
Deuteronomy 14:22 You shall truly tithe all the _increase_ of your grain that the field _produces_ year by year.
15. It Makes You Happy When You Do What the Lord Asks.
John 13:17 If you know these _things_, _blessed_ are you if you do them.
