1. Heaven Is a Real Place.
John 14:1-3 "Let not your _hearts_ be _troubled_; believe in God, believe also in me. [2] In my _Father's_ house are many rooms; if it were not so, would I have told you that I go to prepare a place for you? [3] And when I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and will take you to _myself_, that where I am you may be also.

2. Our Lord Has Promised to Create a New Heavens and a New Earth.
2 Peter 3:10-13 But the day of the Lord will come like a thief, and then the heavens will pass away with a loud noise, and the elements will be dissolved with fire, and the earth and the works that are upon it will be burned up. [11] Since all these things are thus to be dissolved, what sort of _persons_ ought you to be in lives of _holiness_ and godliness, [12] waiting for and _hastening_ the coming of the day of God, because of which the heavens will be _kindled_ and dissolved, and the elements will melt with fire! [13] But according to his _promise_ we wait for new heavens and a new earth in which _righteousness_ _dwells_.

Isaiah 65:17 "For behold, I create new _heavens_ and a new earth; and the former things shall not be _remembered_ or come into mind.

3. The Meek Shall Inherit the Earth.
Matthew 5:5 "_Blessed_ are the meek, for they shall _inherit_ the earth.

4. The Holy City, New Jerusalem Will Descend From God Out of Heaven.
Revelation 21:1-5 Then I saw a new heaven and a new earth; for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away, and the sea was no more. [2] And I saw the holy city, new _Jerusalem_, coming down out of heaven from God, _prepared_ as a bride adorned for her _husband_; [3] and I heard a loud voice from the throne saying, "Behold, the dwelling of God is with men. He will dwell with them, and they shall be his _people_, and God _himself_ will be with them; [4] he will wipe away every tear from their eyes, and death shall be no more, _neither_ shall there be _mourning_ nor _crying_ nor pain any more, for the former things have passed away." [5] And he who sat upon the throne said, "Behold, I make all things new." Also he said, "Write this, for these words are _trustworthy_ and true."

5. God Created This World to Be Inhabited.
Isaiah 45:18 For thus says the LORD, who created the heavens (he is God!), who formed the earth and made it (he _established_ it; he did not create it a chaos, he formed it to be inhabited!): "I am the LORD, and _there_ is no _other_.

6. The Original Dominion Will Be Restored to the Human Race.
Micah 4:8 And you, O tower of the flock, hill of the daughter of Zion, to you shall it come, the former _dominion_ shall come, the kingdom of the daughter of _Jerusalem_.

7. God Will Give Us Glorious Immortal Bodies.
Philippians 3:21 Who will change our lowly body to be like his _glorious_ body, by the power which enables him even to subject all things to _himself_.

1 Corinthians 15:51-54 Lo! I tell you a _mystery_. We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed, [52] in a moment, in the _twinkling_ of an eye, at the last trumpet. For the trumpet will sound, and the dead will be raised imperishable, and we shall be changed. [53] For this perishable nature must put on the imperishable, and this mortal nature must put on immortality. [54] When the perishable puts on the imperishable, and the mortal puts on immortality, then shall come to pass the _saying_ that is _written_: "Death is _swallowed_ up in _victory_."

8. All Physical Deformities Will Be Cured.
Isaiah 35:3-6 _Strengthen_ the weak hands, and make firm the feeble knees. [4] Say to those who are of a fearful heart, "Be strong, fear not! Behold, your God will come with _vengeance_, with the _recompense_ of God. He will come and save you." [5] Then the eyes of the blind shall be opened, and the ears of the deaf _unstopped_; [6] then shall the lame man leap like a hart, and the tongue of the dumb sing for joy. For waters shall break forth in the _wilderness_, and streams in the desert;

9. They Shall Live Where They Build and Eat What They Plant.
Isaiah 65:21-23 They shall build houses and inhabit them; they shall plant _vineyards_ and eat their fruit. [22] They shall not build and another inhabit; they shall not plant and another eat; for like the days of a tree shall the days of my _people_ be, and my _chosen_ shall long enjoy the work of their hands. [23] They shall not labor in vain, or bear children for _calamity_; for they shall be the offspring of the _blessed_ of the LORD, and their children with them.

10. No Harm Shall Come to Anyone Or Anything in That Holy Place.
Isaiah 65:25 The wolf and the lamb shall feed together, the lion shall eat straw like the ox; and dust shall be the _serpent's_ food. They shall not hurt or destroy in all my holy _mountain_, says the LORD."

11. We Shall Fellowship with Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, and the Greatest Minds of the Ages.
Matthew 8:11 I tell you, many will come from east and west and sit at table with _Abraham_, Isaac, and Jacob in the _kingdom_ of heaven,

12. God Himself Shall Be with Us.
Revelation 21:3 And I heard a loud voice from the throne saying, "Behold, the dwelling of God is with men. He will dwell with them, and they shall be his _people_, and God _himself_ will be with them;

13. We Shall Lovingly Serve Our God Forever and Enjoy Closest Fellowship with Him.
Revelation 22:3-4 There shall no more be anything accursed, but the throne of God and of the Lamb shall be in it, and his _servants_ shall worship him; [4] they shall see his face, and his name shall be on their _foreheads_.

14. God's Holy City Is Big!
Revelation 21:16-17 The city lies _foursquare_, its length the same as its breadth; and he measured the city with his rod, twelve _thousand_ stadia; its length and breadth and height are equal. [17] He also measured its wall, a hundred and forty-four cubits by a man's measure, that is, an _angel's_.

15. This Spectacular City Has Walls with Foundations Made of Gem Material, Streets of Gold, and Gates of Pearl.
Revelation 21:18-21 The wall was built of jasper, while the city was pure gold, clear as glass. [19] The _foundations_ of the wall of the city were adorned with every jewel; the first was jasper, the second sapphire, the third agate, the fourth emerald, [20] the fifth onyx, the sixth _carnelian_, the seventh _chrysolite_, the eighth beryl, the ninth topaz, the tenth _chrysoprase_, the eleventh jacinth, the twelfth _amethyst_. [21] And the twelve gates were twelve pearls, each of the gates made of a single pearl, and the street of the city was pure gold, _transparent_ as glass.

16. There Is a List of Requirements for Entry into This City of God.
Revelation 21:7-8 He who conquers shall have this heritage, and I will be his God and he shall be my son. [8] But as for the cowardly, the faithless, the polluted, as for murderers, _fornicators_, _sorcerers_, _idolaters_, and all liars, their lot shall be in the lake that burns with fire and sulphur, which is the second death."

17. You Are Invited to Live in This City.
Revelation 22:17 The Spirit and the Bride say, "Come." And let him who hears say, "Come." And let him who is _thirsty_ come, let him who _desires_ take the water of life without price.
