1. Without Faith It Is Impossible to Please God.
Hebrews 11:6 But without faith it is _impossible_ to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who _diligently_ seek Him.
2. God Gives a Measure of Faith to Every Man.
Romans 12:3 For I say, through the grace given to me, to _everyone_ who is among you, not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think, but to think soberly, as God has dealt to each one a _measure_ of faith.

Romans 10:17 So then _faith_ _comes_ by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.
5. Faith Is the Foundation of Our Christian Experience.
Hebrews 11:1 Now faith is the _substance_ of things hoped for, the _evidence_ of things not seen.
6. God's Word Benefits Only As We Apply It to Our Lives.
Hebrews 4:2 For indeed the gospel was _preached_ to us as well as to them; but the word which they heard did not _profit_ them, not being mixed with faith in those who heard it.
7. Faith Is Confidence in God That Leads Us to Obey Him.
1 John 5:14 Now this is the _confidence_ that we have in Him, that if we ask anything _according_ to His will, He hears us.
8. Faith Manifests Itself in Action.
Luke 5:20 When He saw _their_ faith, He said to him, "Man, your sins are _forgiven_ you."
9. Faith Grows.
Matthew 17:20 So Jesus said to them, "Because of your _unbelief_; for assuredly, I say to you, if you have faith as a mustard seed, you will say to this _mountain_, 'Move from here to there,' and it will move; and nothing will be _impossible_ for you.
10. We Are Saved by Grace Through Faith.
Ephesians 2:8 For by grace you have been saved through _faith_, and that not of _yourselves_; it is the gift of God,
11. Grace Leads to the Obedience of Faith.
Romans 1:5 Through Him we have received grace and _apostleship_ for _obedience_ to the faith among all nations for His name,
12. The Christian Lives by Faith.
Galatians 2:20 I have been _crucified_ with Christ; it is no _longer_ I who live, but Christ lives in me; and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave _Himself_ for me.
13. Through Faith We Inherit the Promises of God.
Hebrews 6:12 That you do not become sluggish, but imitate those who through faith and _patience_ inherit the _promises_.
14. Faith without Works Is a Dead Faith.
James 2:17 Thus also _faith_ by itself, if it does not have _works_, is dead.
15. We Overcome the World Through Faith.
1 John 5:4-5 For _whatever_ is born of God overcomes the world. And this is the victory that has overcome the world--our faith. [5] Who is he who overcomes the world, but he who _believes_ that Jesus is the Son of God?
