1. Without Faith It Is Impossible to Please God.
Hebrews 11:6 And without faith it is _impossible_ to please God, because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who _earnestly_ seek him.
2. God Gives a Measure of Faith to Every Man.
Romans 12:3 For by the grace given me I say to every one of you: Do not think of yourself more highly than you ought, but rather think of yourself with sober _judgment_, in _accordance_ with the measure of faith God has given you.

Mark 11:22-24 "Have faith in God," Jesus answered. 4. Hearing God's Word Will Increase Our Faith.
Romans 10:17 _Consequently_, faith comes from _hearing_ the message, and the message is heard through the word of Christ.
5. Faith Is the Foundation of Our Christian Experience.
Hebrews 11:1 Now faith is _being_ sure of what we hope for and _certain_ of what we do not see.
6. God's Word Benefits Only As We Apply It to Our Lives.
Hebrews 4:2 For we also have had the gospel _preached_ to us, just as they did; but the message they heard was of no value to them, because those who heard did not _combine_ it with faith.
7. Faith Is Confidence in God That Leads Us to Obey Him.
1 John 5:14 This is the _confidence_ we have in _approaching_ God: that if we ask anything according to his will, he hears us.
8. Faith Manifests Itself in Action.
Luke 5:20 When Jesus saw their faith, he said, "_Friend_, your sins are _forgiven_."
9. Faith Grows.
Matthew 17:20 He replied, "Because you have so little faith. I tell you the truth, if you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to this _mountain_, 'Move from here to there' and it will move. _Nothing_ will be _impossible_ for you. "
10. We Are Saved by Grace Through Faith.
Ephesians 2:8 For it is by grace you have been _saved_, through faith--and this not from _yourselves_, it is the gift of God--
11. Grace Leads to the Obedience of Faith.
Romans 1:5 Through him and for his name's sake, we received grace and _apostleship_ to call people from among all the Gentiles to the _obedience_ that comes from faith.
12. The Christian Lives by Faith.
Galatians 2:20 I have been _crucified_ with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me. The life I live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave _himself_ for me.
13. Through Faith We Inherit the Promises of God.
Hebrews 6:12 We do not want you to become lazy, but to imitate those who through faith and _patience_ inherit what has been _promised_.
14. Faith without Works Is a Dead Faith.
James 2:17 In the same way, faith by itself, if it is not _accompanied_ by _action_, is dead.
15. We Overcome the World Through Faith.
1 John 5:4-5 For _everyone_ born of God overcomes the world. This is the victory that has overcome the world, even our faith. [5] Who is it that overcomes the world? Only he who _believes_ that Jesus is the Son of God.
