1. God's Final Message Is a Call to Worship the Creator.
Revelation 14:6-7 And I saw another angel fly in the midst of heaven, having the _everlasting_ gospel to preach unto them that dwell on the earth, and to every nation, and kindred, and tongue, and people, [7] Saying with a loud voice, Fear God, and give glory to him; for the hour of his _judgment_ is come: and _worship_ him that made heaven, and earth, and the sea, and the _fountains_ of waters.

2. The Basis of All Worship Is the Fact That God Created Us.
Revelation 4:11 Thou art worthy, O Lord, to _receive_ glory and honour and power: for thou hast created all things, and for thy _pleasure_ they are and were created.

3. Jesus Is Our Creator and We Are to Worship Him.
Ephesians 3:9 And to make all men see what is the _fellowship_ of the mystery, which from the _beginning_ of the world hath been hid in God, who created all things by Jesus Christ:

4. We Worship Our Creator by Keeping the Sabbath.
Exodus 20:8-11 Remember the sabbath day, to keep it holy. [9] Six days shalt thou labour, and do all thy work: [10] But the seventh day is the sabbath of the LORD thy God: in it thou shalt not do any work, thou, nor thy son, nor thy _daughter_, thy _manservant_, nor thy _maidservant_, nor thy cattle, nor thy _stranger_ that is within thy gates: [11] For in six days the LORD made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that in them is, and rested the seventh day: _wherefore_ the LORD blessed the sabbath day, and _hallowed_ it.

5. God Set the Sabbath Apart at Creation by Resting on It.
Genesis 2:1-3 Thus the heavens and the earth were _finished_, and all the host of them. [2] And on the seventh day God ended his work which he had made; and he rested on the seventh day from all his work which he had made. [3] And God blessed the seventh day, and _sanctified_ it: _because_ that in it he had rested from all his work which God _created_ and made.

6. The Sabbath Was Given to Mankind 2, 300 Years Before the Existence of the Jews.
Mark 2:27-28 And he said unto them, The sabbath was made for man, and not man for the sabbath: [28] _Therefore_ the Son of man is Lord _also_ of the sabbath.

7. The Sabbath Was Established for All Mankind As a Sign Between God and His People.
Ezekiel 20:12 Moreover also I gave them my _sabbaths_, to be a sign between me and them, that they might know that I am the LORD that _sanctify_ them.

Ezekiel 20:20 And hallow my _sabbaths_; and they shall be a sign _between_ me and you, that ye may know that I am the LORD your God.

8. Jesus Was a Faithful Sabbath Keeper.
Luke 4:16 And he came to _Nazareth_, where he had been brought up: and, as his custom was, he went into the _synagogue_ on the sabbath day, and stood up for to read.

9. Jesus Predicted That the Sabbath Would Be Kept in 70 A. D.
Matthew 24:20 But pray ye that your flight be not in the winter, _neither_ on the _sabbath_ day:

10. Paul Met with the Whole City to Worship on the Sabbath with Jews and Gentiles Alike.
Acts 13:42-44 And when the Jews were gone out of the synagogue, the Gentiles besought that these words might be preached to them the next sabbath. [43] Now when the _congregation_ was broken up, many of the Jews and _religious_ _proselytes_ followed Paul and Barnabas: who, speaking to them, _persuaded_ them to continue in the grace of God. [44] And the next sabbath day came almost the whole city together to hear the word of God.

11. Paul Met with a Group of Believers in Philippi to Worship on the Sabbath.
Acts 16:13 And on the sabbath we went out of the city by a river side, where prayer was wont to be made; and we sat down, and spake unto the women which _resorted_ _thither_.

12. The Lord Has Special Day at the End of the 1st Century.
Revelation 1:10 I was in the Spirit on the Lords day, and heard _behind_ me a great voice, as of a _trumpet_,

13. Since the Son of Man Is Lord of the Sabbath, It Must Be His Day.
Matthew 12:8 For the Son of man is Lord _even_ of the _sabbath_ day.

Mark 2:27-28 And he said unto them, The sabbath was made for man, and not man for the sabbath: [28] _Therefore_ the Son of man is Lord _also_ of the sabbath.

Luke 6:5 And he said unto them, That the Son of man is Lord _also_ of the _sabbath_.

14. Note the Following Three Days in Succession. Friday - the Day Christ Died-The Preparation Day.
Luke 23:53-56 And he took it down, and wrapped it in linen, and laid it in a sepulchre that was hewn in stone, wherein never man before was laid. [54] And that day was the _preparation_, and the sabbath drew on. [55] And the women also, which came with him from Galilee, followed after, and beheld the sepulchre, and how his body was laid. [56] And they returned, and _prepared_ spices and _ointments_; and rested the sabbath day _according_ to the _commandment_.

15. Saturday - the Day Jesus Rested in the Tomb on the Day Between Friday and Sunday.
Jesus rested in the grave while His followers also rested on that Sabbath, waiting until the next day to use the spices and ointments that they had prepared for His body on the preparation day which was Friday.

 16. Sunday - the Day Jesus Was Resurrected.
Luke 24:1 Now upon the first day of the week, very early in the morning, they came unto the _sepulchre_, bringing the spices which they had _prepared_, and certain others with them.

17. Jesus Is the Same Yesterday, Today and Forever.
Hebrews 13:8 Jesus _Christ_ the same _yesterday_, and to day, and for ever.

18. In the New Heavens and the New Earth, We Shall Keep Sabbath Each Week.
Isaiah 66:22-23 For as the new _heavens_ and the new earth, which I will make, shall remain before me, saith the LORD, so shall your seed and your name remain. [23] And it shall come to pass, that from one new moon to another, and from one _sabbath_ to another, shall all flesh come to _worship_ before me, saith the LORD.
