1. God Is Love.
1 John 4:8 He _that_ loveth not _knoweth_ not God; for God is love.

2. The Enemy of God and Man.
Matthew 13:24-28 Another _parable_ put he forth unto them, saying, The _kingdom_ of heaven is _likened_ unto a man which sowed good seed in his field: [25] But while men slept, his enemy came and sowed tares among the wheat, and went his way. [26] But when the blade was sprung up, and _brought_ forth fruit, then _appeared_ the tares also. [27] So the servants of the _householder_ came and said unto him, Sir, didst not thou sow good seed in thy field? from whence then hath it tares? [28] He said unto them, An enemy hath done this. The servants said unto him, Wilt thou then that we go and gather them up?

3. Lucifer Was Once Part of Heaven.
Ezekiel 28:12-17 Son of man, take up a _lamentation_ upon the king of Tyrus, and say unto him, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Thou sealest up the sum, full of wisdom, and perfect in beauty. [13] Thou hast been in Eden the garden of God; every _precious_ stone was thy covering, the sardius, topaz, and the diamond, the beryl, the onyx, and the jasper, the _sapphire_, the emerald, and the _carbuncle_, and gold: the _workmanship_ of thy tabrets and of thy pipes was _prepared_ in thee in the day that thou wast created. [14] Thou art the anointed cherub that _covereth_; and I have set thee so: thou wast upon the holy mountain of God; thou hast walked up and down in the midst of the stones of fire. [15] Thou wast perfect in thy ways from the day that thou wast created, till iniquity was found in thee. [16] By the _multitude_ of thy _merchandise_ they have filled the midst of thee with _violence_, and thou hast sinned: _therefore_ I will cast thee as profane out of the mountain of God: and I will destroy thee, O covering cherub, from the midst of the stones of fire. [17] Thine heart was lifted up because of thy beauty, thou hast _corrupted_ thy wisdom by reason of thy _brightness_: I will cast thee to the ground, I will lay thee before kings, that they may behold thee.

4. Lucifer Wanted to Exalt Himself.
Isaiah 14:12-14 How art thou fallen from heaven, O _Lucifer_, son of the _morning_! how art thou cut down to the ground, which didst weaken the _nations_! [13] For thou hast said in thine heart, I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of God: I will sit also upon the mount of the _congregation_, in the sides of the north: [14] I will ascend above the _heights_ of the clouds; I will be like the most High.

5. War in Heaven and Satan (Lucifer) Cast Out.
Revelation 12:7-9 And there was war in heaven: Michael and his angels fought against the dragon; and the dragon fought and his angels, [8] And _prevailed_ not; _neither_ was their place found any more in heaven. [9] And the great dragon was cast out, that old _serpent_, called the Devil, and Satan, which _deceiveth_ the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.

Luke 10:18 And he said unto them, I beheld Satan as _lightning_ fall from _heaven_.

6. God Created Man in His Image.
Genesis 1:27 So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and _female_ created he _them_.

7. Sin Lead to Mistrust, Separation, and Death.
Genesis 3:1-7 Now the serpent was more _subtil_ than any beast of the field which the LORD God had made. And he said unto the woman, Yea, hath God said, Ye shall not eat of every tree of the garden? [2] And the woman said unto the serpent, We may eat of the fruit of the trees of the garden: [3] But of the fruit of the tree which is in the midst of the garden, God hath said, Ye shall not eat of it, _neither_ shall ye touch it, lest ye die. [4] And the serpent said unto the woman, Ye shall not _surely_ die: [5] For God doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as gods, _knowing_ good and evil. [6] And when the woman saw that the tree was good for food, and that it was _pleasant_ to the eyes, and a tree to be _desired_ to make one wise, she took of the fruit thereof, and did eat, and gave also unto her _husband_ with her; and he did eat. [7] And the eyes of them both were opened, and they knew that they were naked; and they _sewed_ fig _leaves_ _together_, and made _themselves_ _aprons_.

Isaiah 59:1-2 Behold, the LORDs hand is not _shortened_, that it cannot save; neither his ear heavy, that it cannot hear: [2] But your _iniquities_ have _separated_ between you and your God, and your sins have hid his face from you, that he will not hear.

Romans 6:23 For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is _eternal_ life through Jesus _Christ_ our Lord.

8. The Nature of Man Changed.
Jeremiah 17:9 The heart is _deceitful_ above all things, and _desperately_ wicked: who can know it?

9. The Entire Human Race Was Affected.
Romans 5:12 _Wherefore_, as by one man sin _entered_ into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned:

Romans 6:16 Know ye not, that to whom ye yield _yourselves_ servants to obey, his servants ye are to whom ye obey; whether of sin unto death, or of obedience unto _righteousness_?

10. Jesus Took Man's Nature and Was Victorious.
Hebrews 2:14-17 Forasmuch then as the children are partakers of flesh and blood, he also himself likewise took part of the same; that through death he might destroy him that had the power of death, that is, the devil; [15] And deliver them who through fear of death were all their lifetime subject to bondage. [16] For verily he took not on him the nature of angels; but he took on him the seed of Abraham. [17] _Wherefore_ in all things it behoved him to be made like unto his _brethren_, that he might be a _merciful_ and _faithful_ high priest in things _pertaining_ to God, to make _reconciliation_ for the sins of the people.

Romans 5:17-19 For if by one mans offence death reigned by one; much more they which receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness shall reign in life by one, Jesus Christ.) [18] Therefore as by the offence of one _judgment_ came upon all men to _condemnation_; even so by the righteousness of one the free gift came upon all men unto _justification_ of life. [19] For as by one mans dis_obedience_ many were made sinners, so by the _obedience_ of one shall many be made righteous.

11. Through Jesus Salvation Is Ours As a Gift.
Romans 3:24-25 Being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus: [25] Whom God hath set forth to be a _propitiation_ through faith in his blood, to declare his _righteousness_ for the remission of sins that are past, through the _forbearance_ of God;

12. Jesus Is with Us.
Isaiah 41:13 For I the LORD thy God will hold thy _right_ hand, _saying_ unto thee, Fear not; I will help thee.

13. Satan Will Be Destroyed.
Ezekiel 28:17-18 Thine heart was lifted up because of thy beauty, thou hast _corrupted_ thy wisdom by reason of thy _brightness_: I will cast thee to the ground, I will lay thee before kings, that they may behold thee. [18] Thou hast defiled thy _sanctuaries_ by the _multitude_ of thine iniquities, by the iniquity of thy traffick; _therefore_ will I bring forth a fire from the midst of thee, it shall devour thee, and I will bring thee to ashes upon the earth in the sight of all them that behold thee.

14. Our God Will Make All Things New.
Revelation 21:1-5 And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea. [2] And I John saw the holy city, new _Jerusalem_, coming down from God out of heaven, _prepared_ as a bride adorned for her _husband_. [3] And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold, the _tabernacle_ of God is with men, and he will dwell with them, and they shall be his people, and God _himself_ shall be with them, and be their God. [4] And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither _sorrow_, nor _crying_, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away. [5] And he that sat upon the _throne_ said, Behold, I make all things new. And he said unto me, Write: for these words are true and _faithful_.

15. Sin Will Never Be Again.
Nahum 1:9 What do ye imagine _against_ the LORD? he will make an utter end: _affliction_ shall not rise up the second time.
