Romans 3:22-25 Even the righteousness of God through faith in Jesus Christ for all those who believe; for there is no _distinction_; [23] for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, [24] being justified as a gift by His grace through the redemption which is in Christ Jesus; [25] whom God displayed publicly as a _propitiation_ in His blood through faith. This was to _demonstrate_ His righteousness, because in the _forbearance_ of God He passed over the sins _previously_ committed;
Matthew 24:13 "But the one who endures to the end, he _will_ be _saved_.
1 Corinthians 15:1-2 Now I make known to you, _brethren_, the gospel which I preached to you, which also you _received_, in which also you stand, [2] by which also you are saved, if you hold fast the word which I preached to you, unless you _believed_ in vain.
If we do not hold our confidence in God to the end, we will develop a heart of unbelief. We are saved only if we keep in memory what was preached from the Bible and live the life of faith.
Revelation 3:5 'He who _overcomes_ will thus be clothed in white _garments_; and I will not erase his name from the book of life, and I will confess his name before My Father and before His angels.
1 Corinthians 9:27 But I _discipline_ my body and make it my slave, so that, after I have preached to others, I myself will not be _disqualified_.
The word which Paul uses for "cast away" in 1 Corinthians 9:27 is the same word that is used in Jeremiah 6:30 for those who are burned and ultimately lost.
Just as His coming into our heart by faith brings life, our unbelief brings spiritual death. We cannot be unborn, but we can die. Nothing can take us from His hand Except our own choice.
